About the artist
I'm Mike Nibley. I paint when I can and work as an IT professional the rest of the time, developing online educational courseware. Though it's not as much fun as painting, I enjoy authoring online stuff (this web site, for example) in Dreamweaver and programming with Flash ActionScript. I'm a supporting member of the Figure Models Guild of Washington DC and the Maryland Federation of Art.
I live in Washington, DC, with my wife Sandy and our cat Gina.
Here are some samples of work I designed, scripted, and built:
TPOCS Training Course, a set of interactive tutorials which teaches a large database application to new hires in medical clinics (developed for TeAM Inc).
How the English Language Developed, part of a Language Arts curriculum for middle-school and high-school students (originally developed for WICAT Systems).
Build-a-Babe, a short animated feature.
